Welcome to Brix Dessert Café (“BRIX Café”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By visiting our café, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Use
- BRIX Café operates 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 am to 11:30 pm.
- By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our café and website.
2. Reservations & Events
- Reservations may be required for certain special events or experiences.
- We reserve the right to confirm, modify, or cancel any reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (capacity limits, private events, operational needs).
- Guests are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund (if prepaid).
3. Orders, Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Prices and menu items may change without prior notice.
- Payment must be made at the time of purchase or as specified in the booking process.
- If online payments are enabled, they are processed securely through our payment partners. BRIX Café does not store credit card details.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations for prepaid reservations or special events must be made within the time frame specified at booking.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals beyond our grace period.
5. Conduct at the Café
- We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and other customers.
- BRIX Café reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave in cases of inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of health & safety rules.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the café.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- While we take great care in preparing our food, BRIX Café cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Guests are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, menus, and promotional materials — including logos, images, and text — are the property of BRIX Café and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- BRIX Café will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
